All bookings for flight planning, ground handling, and aircraft charter services are non-refundable and non-transferable unless explicitly stated otherwise in your service agreement.
All fees associated with our services, including but not limited to consultation, coordination, and administrative charges, are non-refundable.
Clients are subject to the terms and conditions of third-party providers (e.g., airports, ground handlers, charter operators). Any cancellation or amendment charges imposed by these providers will be the client’s responsibility.
Cancellation or amendment requests must be submitted in writing. Charges incurred due to such requests, including fare differences and penalties, will be borne by the client.
Services not utilized by the client after the scheduled date and time will be considered forfeited, and no refunds will be issued.
If a refund is applicable, it will be processed within 45 business days from the date of approval. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used during booking.
We are not liable for cancellations or delays caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, governmental actions, or technical failures.
